The only thing I ask is that it’s your decision to quit, not a family member trying to persuade you etc. As long as it’s your decision then, with some people, hypnotherapy immediately becomes a very good tool to help you stop this negative habit.
I have worked with many people in this area and if you really want to stop smoking, then it may take as little as one session if you are fully committed to giving up. It’s not so much a belief you can do it as ‘wanting’ to do it.
